Question 1

How do I book a cleaning?

Accepted Answer

The easiest way is the free quote form on our website. Tell us about your property, the service you need and how often — we'll reach out within one business day to schedule a free, no-obligation on-site walkthrough, then send you a fair, transparent quote.

Question 2

What's included in a standard cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Standard visits cover kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface disinfecting, trash removal and general tidying. Deep cleaning and move in/out services add more detailed work like baseboards, inside appliances and cabinets.

Question 3

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

No — our team arrives with all the supplies and equipment needed. If you have specific product preferences (for example, fragrance-free or pet-safe products), just let us know in advance.

Question 4

Are your team members insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Home & Bloom is licensed, insured and bonded, and every team member is background-checked. Your property is always in professional hands.

Question 5

Do you offer recurring cleaning schedules?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — weekly, biweekly and monthly maintenance plans are our specialty. We keep the same day and time whenever possible and do our best to send the same trusted team on every visit.

Question 6

What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Standard cleaning maintains the everyday cleanliness of your space. Deep cleaning is a top-to-bottom reset: baseboards, door frames, window sills, grout, fixtures and built-up grime — perfect as a first visit before starting a maintenance plan.

Question 7

How does move in / move out cleaning work?

Accepted Answer

We clean the empty property from top to bottom — inside closets, cabinets, drawers and appliances — so the space is ready for its next chapter. It's a favorite of tenants, landlords and realtors preparing for handover.

Question 8

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Many clients prefer to go about their day while we work. We can arrange a secure method of entry, such as a lockbox, key or access code — whatever is most convenient for you.

Question 9

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Plans change — we get it. We simply ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule and offer that time to another client.

Question 10

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We proudly serve Huntsville, Madison, Athens in Alabama, plus surrounding communities. If you're nearby but not listed, reach out — we may still be able to help.
